Preparing your company for the AI revolution goes beyond the use of Chatgtp and other tools. Of course they are part of the whole, but they do not constitute a sustainable strategy in themselves. All fundamentals must be highlighted, from the potential for customization to the redefinition of roles and functions and the way human and machines interact. It is crucial that the discovery, preparation, and implementation of AI are deeply rooted within the organization. Our role is to guide this process, enabling teams to develop a robust AI strategy and to create a realistic, effective AI roadmap. This roadmap should be not only feasible but also workable for the employees within the organization. The success of AI ultimately depends on the people working with it!

Our rethink workshops will enable you to understand the world of technology and AI giving you a better understanding of the potential, constraints, and risks involved.  Together with us you will be able to sketch a digital twin of your organization and detect all the different areas of opportunities both in and outside the box. (low and high hanging fruit).  Once the options are clear, we can make informed choices, draft the strategy and draw up a roadmap in which we include all changes and transformations in a logical order. The entire digital ecosystem is essentially being reconstructed, or its components are being significantly modified.

Rebuild

Transforming your organization will have technical implications such as adopting or integrating new tools or even customization. Rescope remains on board as an extension of your team to support your people throughout this process by selecting and co-managing technical parties.

A digital transformation is anything but a purely technical matter, it is also a huge change on a human & cultural level. Rescope supports management in setting up and implementing new roles as well as training and educating employees in the use of new tools and systems.
